Farms of Tuolumne County will host its first pumpkin growing workshop taught by Carla Suehowicz. For those interested in learning about growing large pumpkins, Carla is a champion pumpkin grower and has grown pumpkins upwards of 1200 lbs. She is offering her expertise as well as free seeds to participants valued at $12. The workshop will be held at the University of California Cooperative Extension conference room at 52 N. Washington St. Sonora, CA. Note: Space is limited. Pre-purchase of tickets is required. You may purchase tickets at the conference room located at 52 N.
