Yoga hikes are a great way to get outside and explore this beautiful county! We meet at the trailhead of the week, hike in together, have a snack and a yoga session, then hike back. This has been a truly wonderful activity to get grounded after your work week with gratitude and movement. Bring good shoes, plenty of water and weather appropriate clothing. Scheduled hikes are as follows: April 6th Red Hills Trail, April 21st Table Mountain, May 4th Lyons Reservoir, May 12th Top Of The World, Avery, and June 1st Pinecrest. All yoga hikes start at 9 AM and last for approximately 4 hours.
