The Diggins

- Location: Pioneer Park, Columbia
- Holes: 13
- Skill Level: Intermediate
- Course Description: Unique holes wind through site of hydraulic gold mining. Baskets are perched on rock outcrops and hidden in shallow mine pits. While the holes are not long, technical lines are needed to avoid trees, rocks and other obstacles.

Cougar Point

- Location: Lupine Day Use Area at Tuttletown Recreation Area, New Melones Reservoir
- Holes: 18
- Skill Level: Advanced
- Course Description: Holes of all distances wind through Oak Savannah, up and down rolling hills above New Melones Reservoir. A good test for intermediate to advanced players, this course requires distance and precision.

White Thorn

- Location: Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort
- Holes: 18
- Skill Level: Advanced
- Course Description: Take the ski lift up and play down! This course starts at the top of Chair 3 at Dodge Ridge, and plays down to the Lodge. Huge downhill bombs let players test how far a disc can go. One highlight is the 1300 foot Par 5 Hole 13 – by far the longest course in the county.

Three Links

- Location: Three Links Camp in MiWuk Village
- Holes: 21
- Skill Level: Advanced
- Course Description: Challenging disc golf in the mountains. Short and long holes up and down steep hills and through dense woods will challenge any player. This is the top rated course in the county, and the home course to the annual High Sierra Cup Disc Golf Tournament, which draws in hundreds of players each year.

Sierra Bible Church

- Location: Sierra Bible Church

- Course Description: Fun holes wind up and down the hill behind Sierra Bible Church. This course might be the best way to try out disc golf with friends or family. This is the most played course in the county, with thousands of rounds played each year.

- Course Description: Pitch and putt on very short holes in a beautiful forest near the Hetch Hetchy entrance to Yosemite National Park.

- Course Description: Course follows the golf course, with 1-3 disc golf holes for each golf hole. Disc golfer play with flow of golfers – each yielding to the other. Great course for groups that have some experience with disc golf, the holes are challenging but not difficult.

- Location: The Phoenix Mine area at Indigeny Reserve Cidery

- Course Description: Two sets of tee pads allow for easier (Red) and more advanced (Blue) play. Tight woods and short holes requires precise shots. Uses baskets from the Sierra Pines Disc Golf course – the initial course in Tuolumne County.
