For 50 years this historic restaurant and saloon have been part of Columbia's story - just as they were during the Gold Rush when George Morgan first welcomed townsfolk and travelers within its hallowed walls.

Join us on Wednesday, October 1st, in recognition of the restaurant's Golden Anniversary. Savor special dishes inspired by the 1975 bill of fare, created by the first Chef, Barry Marcillac. Raise a glass with a classic Columbia Gold cocktail in honor of the saloon's first Bartender, Ben Smart. Meet long-time past Manager of the City Hotel and Wine Educator, Tom Bender.
