Sounds of the Season

Enjoy the Columbia College Community Orchestra and Community Chorus as they present Sounds of the Season, a holiday concert featuring popular and olde time holiday music.

Dr. Daniel Godsil, professor of music at Columbia College, conducts the orchestra. Shiloah Fenn is the new conductor for the chorus. Music at the concert includes Christmas Carols, popular songs, and selections from the Nutcracker. “I think people are in for a real treat—not only will they hear old 'chestnuts' like 'Sleigh Ride' and Handel's 'Hallelujah Chorus,' but also new favorites like music from 'The Polar Express.'
