Sunset Sound Bath and Yoga at Pinecrest Lake
Celebrate the end of summer and beginning of fall! Take time out to enjoy the beauty of nature during this restorative experience. Meet at Beach 3, Pinecrest Day Use Area. Bring a paddleboard (optional) to enjoy this unique experience on the water near the shore. If that isn't for you we will also be set up on the beach. Bring a yoga mat or borrow one of ours. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a sweatshirt or blanket it may get cool.
$10 per person donation to 3FIA is appreciated. The Three Forests Interpretive Association (3FIA) is a non-profit group supporting California's Stanislaus, Sierra, and Sequoia National Forests. Founded in 1972, it sells maps and books at ranger stations to fund educational programs.
