Open to all! Join the Twain Harte Area CERT Team (Twain Harte Area Community Emergency Response Team) and Steve Machado from the California Highway Patrol for a workshop on Traffic Control! Learn about the following topics: What’s involved in traffic control and how it is used. How to set up a traffic control zone. How to operate as a flagger and what the roles and responsibilities are.
