Stories in Stone

Visitors are led through Columbia’s historic cemetery by living history docents carrying lanterns where they will visit 10 gravesites. The dead come to life as interpreters tell about their lives, how they died, and how they came to lie in Columbia’s cemetery. This event is sponsored by Friends of Columbia State Historic Park.  The walking tour is a cold, dark, strenuous walk at night through the cemetery. The tour is 1 ½ to 2 hours of walking and standing, and the route is hilly and the pavement uneven in spots.

Tickets - 16 and older $30, 10-15 years old $10. Not recommended for children 10 years and younger. Purchase tickets in advance online at  https://friendsofcolumbiashp.com/events/columbia-state-historic-park-events/
